CREDIT CARD/ PAYMENT
We accept the following; Visa, Mastercard. The minimum credit card charge value shall be $10.00 in GOODS. Or the following: Please advise in the "Comments" section of the shopping cart order.
Personal Cheque, mailed to our postal address, subject to clearance. Bank Direct Deposit. we will provide our Bank Details.

WARRANTY We are bound by the warranty provided by our suppliers, but should a product be deemed to have a manufacturing fault we will arrange a speedy resolution. The goods must be returned within 7 days of your receipt of the goods complete with all packaging and the goods in original condition. Please include a copy of the invoice supplied. We must be advised before the goods are returned, and postage for the item paid by the sender. Faulty goods will be replaced, repaired or credited according to our suppliers warranty conditions. Animated products are sold as "normal home duty", they are not designed for operation for long periods. Commercial products are designed for this use and their prices reflect this.

RETURNS
Goods can only be returned if they are in original condition and in the original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice sent to you with the goods, for items damaged in transit the conditions above apply. We reserve the right to refuse the goods for return if they do not meet these conditions. Postage must be paid by the customer for the return of the goods. Please contact us before returning any goods either by telephone or by the Contact Form on this web site. Credit Card details must be provided for a refund to take place.

PRODUCTS
All items sold by Dollhouse Miniature are for either decoration or modelling, they are not toys. As such they are not recommended for children unless supervised by an adult. These products are not for commercial purposes as they are designed for home use.

PRICES
With the current fluctuations of the Australian and World economies, monetary exchange rates are subject to rapid changes. With this in mind prices shown on this web site are accurate at the time of uploading. Please confirm these prices before placing your order, we will only be too happy to give you current prices. Often the changes are small as we try to keep our prices as competitive as possible.

LAYBY
We offer laybys with either an expiry date of 25th June or 20th December ie; laybys started in January must be finalised and collected or sent by 25th June of that year and those started after June will be due for completion, picked up or posted by 20th December of that year. Laybys are a legal document and as such cannot be modified, removed or separated. Laybys not completed by these time frames will have the items returned to stock, restocking fees will apply at a rate of 20%. Commencing a layby with Dollhouse Miniature means you understand and agree to these conditions. Laybys requiring postage will be sent by Australia Post "Parcel Post" which is trackable. Should insurance or signature on delivery be required please advise before goods are dispatched. We recommend insurance and or Signature On Delivery
